What's in the business hub

The landing page is meant to be a single place where an owner can build their brand, make sense of their finances and understand their customers. Gemini now plugs into Google's own tools, including Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Google Workspace.

It also connects to a list of outside apps a lot of small firms already run on, among them Adobe, Canva, Dropbox, Shopify, Wix, Zoho and Xero. The idea is that the assistant sits across all of it rather than in a separate tab.

Branding and finances in plain language

The feature owners will notice first is the one that keeps their look consistent.

A business can set its brand style in Gemini by uploading a website, a brand kit, fonts or colour palettes, and Gemini holds onto that style so nobody has to re-upload the guidelines every time.

Paired with Nano Banana 2.1, Google's newest image model, it can turn that out into full visuals for a product launch or a campaign. The money side works in a similar spirit.

Google says Gemini can take messy spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records and turn them into clear financial graphics and interactive models in seconds, so an owner reads the story in plain language instead of grinding through the numbers.

Who Google says is using it

Google leaned on real owners to make the case. In Maharashtra, farmer and content creator Santosh Jadhav built a ginger farm with no formal training, using Gemini as a stand-in agronomist to judge the soil, work out seed quantities and draft an investment budget.

In Jakarta, Gumilang turned a neglected spot under train tracks into Barelz Arena, a sports and entertainment hub, and used Gemini to shape a "Brazilian-street" look, design merchandise and write partnership proposals.

In Bordeaux, ceramicist Morgane says it saves her two to three hours a day on product descriptions, newsletters and social hooks. And in Goiânia, Brazil, personal organiser Patricia Morais runs customer service through it while building accessible products, like clothing QR codes for people with visual impairments.

When you get it

The business landing page, the marketing and finance skills and the extra app connections start rolling out over the coming days to Gemini app users everywhere. Bigger companies that need central admin controls, data governance and enterprise-grade security are pointed at a separate Gemini for business offering instead.

The wider read is familiar by now. Every big AI company is chasing small businesses at once, and Google's answer is to be the one hub wired into the tools owners already use.
