How scoring works. Each question scores 0 to 10 across four areas:
Data, Use case, Infrastructure, and People & governance. Your overall score is the total out
of 100. The area bars show where you’re strong and where you’re exposed. Data and
People & governance carry the most questions — 30 points each, 60 of the 100 total
— because that’s where most AI projects stall.
