How scoring works. Each of the 12 questions scores 0–3 across four areas: Data Quality, Pipeline Health, Incident Response, and Governance. Maximum score is 36. L0 (0–9) means issues are discovered by users; L1 (10–18) means basic reactive monitoring; L2 (19–27) means systematic proactive monitoring; L3 (28–36) means continuous automation and improvement. The area bars show where you’re strong and where you’re exposed.
